Weddings
The barn, the pavilion, and six acres of open grounds — with capacity for up to 150 guests. Tables and chairs are included. When you book a wedding at The Cortina, all four rooms and the Farm House are included for the day and night of the event so your closest people are already here when the evening winds down. We'll have wood ready for the firepit when the night calls for it.
For out-of-town guests, the Holiday Inn is about a mile away, and Seven Springs Mountain Resort is roughly 20 minutes. We can arrange shuttle service so nobody has to think about the drive
Showers, Reunions & Celebrations
The barn or the pavilion — your choice. Both work beautifully for a bridal shower, baby shower, family reunion, or any gathering that deserves a proper setting rather than a banquet hall. Tables and chairs are included, the bar is available, and we work with a preferred catering partner who knows the property well. If you have a caterer in mind, let us know. You bring the people, we'll handle the rest.
Corporate & Private Dinners
The Cortina has three distinct spaces that work on their own or together. The bar room has the feel of a good whisky bar — rustic modern, warm, and nothing like a conference room. The main barn area opens up around a fireplace and bookshelves with room for a long dining table and up to 90 guests. The pavilion extends everything outdoors when the weather calls for it.
Daytime retreat, evening dinner, cocktail reception, or all three — however your group wants to use the day, the space works for it. Tables, chairs, and the bar are available, and we work with a preferred catering partner who knows how to feed a room well.
